I filed a BK last year and this capital one credit card was wiped off now my BK was dismissed and they are hounding me to pay them after I was in good standing with them and they refused to accept payment due to the BK. Now my credit is messed up and they want their money. How can I stop them from calling.

I get a call from this number about 4-5 times a day. When I call back, I get an unable to make the call message.

I recieve calls from this number everday for 2 or 3 weeks, I don't answer them because I don't know who they are, they won't quit calling me. They don't leave a voice mail.

This number calls at least once a day, sometimes two or three times, never leaves a message. I get charged for incoming calls. These people will not leave a message. How do we get these calls stopped???

These bastards keep calling multiple times/day and do not leave a message. When I answered the caller identified himself as Terrell and hung up. Does anyone know the company name and address so I can go to there and personally kick their fucking asses.
